Feynman Computing Center
The Computing Division is responsible for a variety of services, including database management, electronic systems engineering and high-performance computing. Experiments at Fermilab produce up to 100 megabytes of data per second - equivalent to 10 CDs per minute - to be stored and analyzed. The Computing Center is also used by astrophysics experiments such as the Sloan Digital Sky Survey.
