Commercializing Innovation: office hours at IARC - June 11
Thinking of Commercializing Your Research Idea? Representatives from the Chicago Innovation Exchange will host office hours at IARC on Thursday, June 11, between 1-4. art/LArSoft course at Fermilab Aug. 3 - 7: free registration
A course to introduce newcomers to art/LArSoft will take place at Fermilab, Monday, August 3, through Friday, August 7. WalkingWorks Week 3 Winners

Fermilab Summer Day Camp
Limited availability left for Summer Day Camp. Children age 6-12 (proof of completion of First Grade for 6 year olds)whose parents/guardians have a valid Fermi ID are eligible to attend. NALWO lecture: Beauty of Barns - June 16
A lecture on "Beauty of Barns" will be presented on Tuesday, 16 June, at 12:00 PM in the
Wilson Hall Racetrack (7th floor crossover). Carol Rowe, a 5th generation Boone County
native, will talk about the many types of barns in Illinois and Wisconsin. Refreshments will be

Fermilab Board Game Guild
The Fermilab Board Game Guild meets every Tuesday at the User's Center from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Everyone is welcome, and no connection with Fermilab is required. Board games played include, but are not limited to, Puerto Rico, Ticket To Ride, Seven Wonders, Stone Age, Attica, Alhambra, Citadels, and many more. Annual Domestic Hydrant Flushing
The annual site wide domestic hydrant flushing process has been scheduled for Saturday 6-6-2015 & Sunday 6-7-2015, 0700am to 1700pm(weather permitting). During the flushing process you may notice momentary pressure drops, discoloration of the water during and after the flushing process. Scottish country dancing meets Tuesday evenings at Kuhn Village Barn
Scottish country dancing is held Tuesday evenings through June 9 at
Kuhn Barn and then will move to Ramsey Auditorium in Wilson Hall for
the summer, starting June 16. Dancing from 7:30 to 10 p.m. The group
is taught by Doug Jensen. Newcomers are always welcome and are paired
with experienced dancers -- no need to come with a partner. For more

International folk dancing Thursday evenings at Kuhn Barn thru June 11, cancelled May 28
International folk dancing meets Thursday evenings through June 11
at Kuhn Barn , then moves for the summer to Ramsey Auditorium,
starting June 18 and continuing weekly on Thursdays. There will be
no meeting, however, on May 28. Dancing runs from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
and newcomers are always welcome. There is instruction and dances
for children and newer dancers early and request dancing later on.

English country dancing this Sunday, May 24, at Kuhn Barn
English country dancing will be held this Sunday, May 24, at Kuhn
Village Barn. The program starts with dances for experienced dancers
at 1 p.m., and dances for everyone from 2 to 5 p.m. Newcomers are
always welcome to join this social and accessible sort of dancing.
We will dance to beautiful recorded music. Next month's dance, on
June 21, will feature live music by Old Fezziwig's Band. The group

Pool open Tuesday, June 9-Sunday, August 16. Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 12-7pm, Saturday & Sunday, 1-6pm. Closed Mondays. Pool membership open to Fermi employees, retirees, visiting researchers, contractors, onsite DOE employees, students & immediate families living in the same household. Memberships are not transferable and are non-refundable. Memberships are sold in the Wellness Office of WH15W, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. Single Membership $130. Family Membership $305 (up to 4 family members, additional family members over 4 are $55). Lifeguards do not sell memberships. They do sell daily passes. Daily Rate $8/person.
