Histo-Scope runs well in Heterogeneous Unix environments

E.G.: Browser on SGI plotting data from a Sun

Histo-Scope data format uses XDR

Copies successfully from one Unix system to another

Nirvana products currently run only on Unix systems

Very difficult to port them to Windows-NT or Windows95
