CERN and Fermilab meet in big HEP chess collision!

CERN and Fermilab met on the 8th of November to play the first half of a chess match. The final game will be played on the 15th November 2001. The match starts at 12:00 CST, which is 19:00 CERN time.

Our chess guys, though they lost their first game against CERN by a score of 3:6, have a big advantage. They know about the Standard Model of Chess.
